As the snow starts to fly, a glimpse at the progress to date of the design-build of Carmichael Engineering’s new dual tenant 15,000 ft2 Ottawa facility is seen here. The Butler pre-engineered primary and secondary frames are standing, and the conventional steel Office building at the front has begun. Construction commenced in October and completion is slated for spring 2017.
